Objectif 1 : Mécanismes physiopathologiques et cibles pharmacologiques des maladies neurodégénératives et neurovasculaires
Study the pathophysiological mechanisms of vascular alterations, metabolic risk factors and neuroinflammation in neurovascular and neurodegenerative models and their consequences in terms of regulated cell death and pharmacological targets.

Objective 2: Biomarkers to characterize and predict neurodegeneration
Develop translational and multimodal biomarkers of prognosis, endophenotypes and drug response with imaging and neurophysiology biomarkers with a multimodal approach combined with more specific clinical assessment of multiple domains of cognition and behavior.

Objective 3: Innovative therapeutic strategies: symptomatic and treatment reducing disease progression

• Transforming the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage (TIPITCH)

• Anti-ferroptotic treatments

• Pharmacological modulation by cerebral perfusion (DIVE & SECRET-GIFT)
