Interaction Prix et distinction

The VIGILANS program, created by Professor Guillaume Vaiva in Lille, has just been recognized as an international best practice in suicide prevention by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). This program, born in Hauts-de-France, is based on personalized post-crisis monitoring of people who have attempted suicide. Its goal is to prevent recurrent suicide attempts by offering telephone and letter monitoring. Since September 2025, VIGILANS has been deployed in 17 regions and now covers 100 departments.
